I am happy to be able to offer this software FREE OF CHARGE to those that are making their way through the process of searching for a home. I only hope that this tool helps you as much as it is intended to. If you find that a feature could work better, or a feature is missing that would be particularly useful, please feel free to contact me with those suggestions. 

INSTALLATION NOTE: Windows XP and 2000 will show this zip file as a folder icon with a zipper on it. If you simply double click that file and run the software from there, IT WILL NOT WORK! Double clicking in XP and 2000 does not unzip the file, it simply lets you view what is in the file. If you do double click the file, simply select the "Extract All Files" from the File menu.

In order for the software to function, you must UNZIP the contents of the file completely.

The search for a new home, investment or vacation home can be complicated. This tool is designed to help make keeping track of everything just a little bit easier.

Using this tool you can:

• Keep track of all the people involved in your home search
• Maintain a rated list of properties that you have visited
• Keep all your escrow and loan information handy
• Experiment with different loan options in the Loan Sandbox
