I suppose one of the biggest surprises in this business was how many questions I got about myself. However, when people are selecting someone to help them with their most valuable asset, I suppose it is natural for them to want to know a bit more about what makes that person tick.

So, to try and give you some general background, I will post answers to questions here that are about me or my past.

Real estate is a big deal. It is usually the single largest investment a person will make in their life. Many rely on real estate to secure their retirement.

As a real estate professional, I often find myself being asked a wide variety of questions. For those most common questions, I will post answers here. I will add more information as time allows.
