^{I am not interested in repeating the same old lines that everyone else seems content to put out there. There are things I dislike about the world of real estate as much as you do. This podcast will be a place for me to take those issues on and lay out what I think is the "right" way to look at it.}

Within just a couple of weeks, it achieved "New and Notable" status on iTunes and before it left that list (simply because it had been around too long to be "New" anymore), it made its way onto the "Featured" list for the Business/Investing section of iTunes.}
