You can access the Community Quicklists from ANYWHERE in this website! All you have to do is select the "Home Search!" menu in the blue bar at the top of every page. Once there, you will see a drop down menu titled "Community Quicklists". When you place your mouse over that option, all your selections will appear! It is as easy as placing your cursor over what you are interested in and clicking! Using this powerful service, you can immediately see single family homes, condominimums and townhomes listed in various communities I serve.

These lists are literally updated as new homes are entered! That means you are getting the most up to date information available - 24 hours a day!

See The Listings Other Sites CAN'T Show You!

Most people do not realize that when you are looking at homes on most websites, you are NOT seeing all the listings in the MLS system. The reason why is that when an agent enters their property into the MLS system, they have to specifically indicate that they would like their listing to be shared with websites outside the MLS system. This includes sites like Yahoo, Zillow and other sites. You would be surprised at how many agents decide NOT to share their listings with these sites. However, since I am a member of the MLS, my website gets access to ALL the listings entered. So even if Zillow, Yahoo and everyone else won't have them on their site, my site will!
