In part three of the podcast series on house flipping, we explore some issues about fixing the property after you have purchased it. In addition, we will take a few moments to discuss ways for you to approach the rehab. We will also talk a bit about some of the things I have seen investors do when rehabbing property. With this podcast under your belt, new investors will have a good place from which to carry on their research into what it takes to achieve success with this type of real estate investment.
