Your going to get lots of folks in real estate telling you what they are going to do. I suggest in this podcast that what they are going to do is far less important than finding out how they are going to do it. Not all agents are created equal when it comes to carrying out the promises they make regarding various real estate tasks.
Just the simple act of putting the sign in front of your home can be handled very differently depending on the real estate professional you have choosen. So it becomes less a discussion of just doing something, and more about how to do something right.
