hleThe month of may did not see as much action as some might have hoped. We have a record number of homes available in the month of May, but not enough sales to really put a dent in the inventory.

 On the upside, it was like the good old days as far as the days on market for this months sold homes. Both homes sold in under a month. The homes are very comparable and price appears to have played a large part in the sellers ability to get the homes sold as quickly as possible.

We can start off by looking at the list of homes below that sold in May of 2007 in Holiday Lake Estates.

 The good news is that both of these sellers were able to get their homes sold in a relatively short period of time. Despite nearly a dozen homes remaining in the market, these two properties sold in record time.

The properties were very comparable with similar home and lot sizes, same number of beds and baths and are of about the same age.

It would appear that aggressive pricing really drew the attention of the short supply of buyers for the Blue Jay property. As we have seen in past months, homes priced below $1 Million are getting off the market more quickly.
