One of the elements that buyers tend to pay less attention to is who built their home and when. Often, these can reveal a great deal about a home. Some builderss are known for their quality work while others just plain aren't. Was the home your interested built in a big boom period when homes were going up fast and furious? Or maybe it was built during a time when more time and attention was going into each home being built?
