We take a look at the numbers for April 2008 in Santa Clara County. We examine the total number of homes for sale, how many have sold and look at how these numbers have changed when compared to the same time last year.

In addition, we will examine all the important data and how it relates to what we have seen over the last few months. We also examine the days on market and average price numbers, so you get a complete look at the market.
