We finally start to see the housing market in Cupertino getting influenced by the real estate downturn.

We also see that many of the same earlier issues we saw in the county are now starting to show up in Cupertino, but in a more mild way.

Inventory is up, but not as dramatically as when it first started to happen in the county. Home prices are still up, but not as much as we first saw in the county. So in both directions, both positive and negative, this change is more mild.
