Even though we find ourselves entering the "Season", sellers are still in a position where they have to be willing to entertain just about any offer on their home. For those that are willing to step outside conventional methods of financing, this is a great time to explore lease options and seller financing.
Even for those buyers who have done the math and realized that they can still pay far less in rent than what a mortgage would be, this market can work for them. In this show we will talk about how things like a lease option can work for a buyer who does not want to pay more per month than they are RIGHT NOW in rent.
