 The real estate market in Morgan Hill has really been hit in terms of average price. While this is not good news for the housing market in Morgan Hill, at least we are seeing the rate of home inventory increase slow down.
It is hard to call it good news, but at least it is not the worst news. In short, there is still bad news, but it is a different kind of bad news.
