I have seen an increase in the number of "Lost Leaders" lately. These are homes that get listed in the MLS but little or no effort is put into getting them sold. The only purpose they serve is for the listing agent to be able to use the listing as a marketing tool and to pump up their listings statistics. If you really want your home sold, you DON'T want to be a lost leader. Listen in for all the details.
