morganhill Morgan Hill is still feeling the pinch of the down market. However, there are signs that we are just about at the bottom of the dowturn.

Average price is down, but not as dramatically as some previous months. Inventory is up, but this is to be expected as we work foreclosures and short sales out of the system. Other numbers, like total sales and homes added to the market are actually looking up.
