morganhillA mixed bag of results for Morgan Hill in January of 2009. For the first time in a long while, we have finally seen the total inventory of homes drop in Morgan Hill. That is great news for a market that has been saturated with homes for a couple of years now.

Homes listed in January 2009 was also down from January  of 2008. Believe it or not, sales are up a whopping 125% from the same time last year!
