Okay, so Robert goes off on sort of a political philosophy rant at the beginning, but trust me, he manages to bring it around to real estate.....eventually. There are some big numbers out and we will see how the bankruptcy, foreclosure and apartment rental numbers come together. We will also try to figure out how that info will effect the future.
