Last week the State Senate of California trotted out their old favorite universal state healthcare bill. While I am sure there are plenty of folks who would love to debate what should and should not happen with healthcare, this is a real estate show. Believe it or not, if this passes, it will have a HUGE effect on California real estate. We cover that and some more really annoying Fannie and Freddie news.
