I have been out there chatting up appraisers over the weekend. Guess, what? They don't all agree that we are in for a second dip in the market. We will discuss their reasoning. Also, are folks who took advantage of the homebuyers tax credit more likely to get audited by the IRS? Early data suggests that may be the case.
