In order to use this free service, you will need to register with the site. To do this, place your mouse over  the "Property For sale" button at left, then click the "For Sale/Rent By Owner" button . There you will see all the information on the service and instructions on how to register. Or, simply click this link and you will go directly to the registration page . Once you have done that, when you visit the For Sale By-Owner Homes area, you will be able to submit listings in the Sellers area.

You will be able to provide all the information you like about your property and post up to 12 photos!

Please note that all submissions must be approved before they can be viewed by the public on the site. 

So why would a real estate agent want to help home owners market their For Sale By Owner property? Well, after a long time in this business, I know that most people who try to sell their home themselves end up seeking out the services of a real estate agent. For those that make that decision, I would like you to give me a chance to earn your business. For those that do manage to sell their home on their own, great! Glad I could help!
