With the buyers advisory series all wrapped up, it is time to turn our attention to the specific concerns of all the folks out there that are looking into selling their home.
While there is some crossover between the needs of buyers and sellers, this first installment of the sellers advisory series tries to cover some the issues unique to sellers.
