You see it all the time. Signs, ads, flyers and business cards that proclaim that a real estate agent is a "Top" agent. Sometimes it will say they are in the top 1% of the nation, state or county. So what exactly are these folks in the top 1% of?

Should buyers and sellers be making an extra effort to work with agents who are in the top 1%? Probably not.

Todays podcast is going to explore this "Top Agent" mythology, uncovering what it often means and how little it actually means to buyers and sellers out there.
