The last in our sellers series covers a few subjects all sellers should be mindful of during the escrow process. This is the time to be sure our agent is keeping an eye on the ball. Not only your ball, but the buyers ball too. There are plenty of things to get done and not a whole lot of time to get it done in. Make sure you have a good handle on what is done and what has yet to be accomplished.
Communication is the key at this critical stage of your real estate transaction that concludes with you being delivered the check for your house!
