What is the biggest trick real estate agents use when working with clients? We will discuss that today!

real estateFor those of you that have been listening to my show for a while, you know that I take a slightly different approach. In terms of what I consider to be the “Right” way to do things, the current dominant attitude in real estate just does not make the cut. Today, we are going to reveal the greatest weapon that real estate agents will bring out to get you to make an emotional rather than a rational decision. It is a tool  that is taught by EVERYONE in real estate. On its own, it is not a bad thing. To one degree or another, we all do it every day. However, when this tool is taken to the degree that you embrace the ‘small deception’ – which is standard operating procedure in the world of real estate – you are crossing a line that leads to an attitude that too easily can brush the truth aside for more and more critical issues – which is a bad thing. Now you see what I did there? I have teased the point of todays show hard. I am told that this is the way to write show notes! So consider yourself teased! I will not only lay out what this tool is and how it is used against you, but how you should counter it so that you can get what you deserve from your chosen real estate professional.
