Steps being taken in the UK and US might just make it happen in a future home this year!

Hydrogen is awesome.

Really. It contains more power than the same amount of gasoline. It can be created in a variety of ways – including extracting it from garbage. Then, when you use it for fuel, the waste product is water vapor. How awesome is that?

The impact on the typical home would be huge.

Imagine having a home where you can power your house, cook your food, fill up your car and while doing all that, create water that you can then drink? Amazing, right? While there are safety concerns that need to be addressed in storing, transporting and using hydrogen as a power source, it is no more daunting that the same concerns that were raised relating to gasoline when it came on the scene.

It is a very compelling technology that would revolutionize home life.
