You could be left with the belief that an agent is very well spoken and a clear communicator. The reality could be very different! Today, there are so many tools available that completely take over the interaction with potential clients via all written forms. Ranging from emails and texts to what you might get in the mail! So how do you make sure you are working with the right agent.

Embrace old school

Face to face meetings are going to be your best bet. I have had some absolutely eye opening interactions with agents recently who clearly were using AI to handle their email communications. To the point that when I ended up meeting them face to face, it was hard to connect the competency of the person in front of me with what was depicted in their emails!
