- We will never sell your information to anyone else… PERIOD. All of our marketing will include an opt-out option that actually works! We hate spam too!
- Your information will not be sold – just saying that again so it’s clear!
- If you are requesting that Whitelaw & Sons Real Estate provide you with a referral to a real estate professional outside of our area of service, we will then share your contact info with that professional ONLY.
- In executing our duties as your real estate agent or brokerage, we will selectively share your contact information ONLY with those that have a material need for such information. This would potentially include title and escrow companies, termite inspectors, home inspectors, or any other entities involved with your transaction.
